Clay Tile Roof Replacement — Trinity, FL

Project Overview

A Trinity homeowner with a 28-year-old clay tile roof was experiencing widespread cracked tiles, failed underlayment, and recurring leaks after every heavy rain. We performed a complete tear-off, installed premium synthetic underlayment, and re-tiled the entire roof with matching terracotta clay tile — restoring the home's Mediterranean look and waterproofing it for decades.

Scope of Work

• Full tear-off of existing clay tile and failed underlayment
• Inspected and replaced 12 sheets of damaged decking
• Installed 30-lb felt base sheet and premium synthetic underlayment
• Applied ice & water shield at all valleys and eaves
• Installed new aluminum drip edge and rake trim
• Set new clay tile in terracotta — full mortar bed at hips and ridges
• Replaced all pipe boots, step flashing, and valley metal
• Re-pointed chimney cap and replaced chimney flashing
• Full cleanup and magnetic nail sweep
