A Pasco County commercial facility had a failing built-up roofing system with widespread blistering, ponding water, and multiple active leaks affecting operations. We performed a full tear-off and installed a 60-mil TPO membrane system with tapered insulation to eliminate ponding — completing the project in 5 days with zero disruption to business operations.

Scope of Work

• Full tear-off of existing built-up roofing system
• Inspected and replaced damaged roof deck sections
• Installed tapered polyiso insulation to eliminate ponding water
• Installed 60-mil TPO membrane — heat-welded seams throughout
• Installed new TPO-compatible flashings at all penetrations
• Replaced all HVAC curb flashings and pipe boots
• Installed new interior drains with TPO drain boots
• Applied walkpad at all HVAC access points
• Full cleanup and final inspection with building owner
