We performed a full tear-off, replaced damaged decking, and installed a complete new concrete barrel tile system with premium synthetic underlayment — restoring the home's curb appeal and waterproofing it for the next 50 years.

Scope of Work

• Full tear-off of existing concrete tile and underlayment
• Replaced 10 sheets of water-damaged OSB decking
• Installed 30-lb base sheet and premium synthetic underlayment
• Applied ice & water shield at all eaves and valleys
• Installed new aluminum drip edge and rake trim
• Set new gray concrete barrel tile — full mortar bed at hips and ridges
• Replaced all pipe boots, step flashing, and valley metal
• Re-sealed chimney cap and replaced chimney flashing
